Most park model homes are sold by word-of-mouth. You will rarely find them on the MLS. The best way to find a unit for sale is to drive around Royal Coachman and take down the phone numbers on the For Sale signs in the front windows (you won’t find for sale signs in the yards). Most sales are handled by a couple persons but there may be an owner selling theirs direct.
Get on Facebook and connect with “RCR Bulletin Board” and “RCR Friends” to keep an eye out for new postings.
There is also a bulletin board near the office/pool and another by the mailroom/pool where owners post their offerings.
